Orders are dispatched by DPD within 3 working days of receipt of your payment and subject to stock availability.
Save in the event of a force majeure event beyond our control (strike, natural disaster, etc.)
REM: During sales periods, the normal delivery times may be extended by 1 to 3 working days.
After finalising your order, you will receive an email from Hello les Filles containing a link that will direct you to the DPD site. By clicking on this link, you can view all the information required to track your package.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address you have previously provided. We suggest you contact your local post office with your tracking number to find out if your order can be redirected to a new address.
We work with DPD for the sending of your orders.

DPD will deposit your package in your DPD pick up point. You can pick up your package with the notification that the delivery man has left in your letter box the following day.
You have 14 days as of receipt of your purchases to return them to the store (FREE) or by post (AT YOUR EXPENSE).
You must notify us of your decision to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. To do this, you can send us an email to the address info@hellolesfilles.com.
A few conditions to be met:
- Tick on your receipt the article you want to return to us;
- Articles must be returned to us correctly packaged, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with their original labels and receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if one of these conditions has not been met.
You will receive confirmation of receipt of your return request by email.
After receiving your order and checking the goods, we will reimburse you the price of purchase of your articles into the account number the payment was made from. (NB: We will never reimburse you the dispatch or return costs)
Absolutely, you can remove one or several articles. You have 8 hours after the confirmation of your order to cancel it (Valid for articles not processed or sent)
The reimbursement of the order and the standard delivery costs by bank transfer will be made within 14 days of exercising your right of withdrawal (i.e. within 28 days). The consumer must send back the product within the same time. They may be charged the return costs and for any damage resulting from handling the goods.
